On Dec 11, 2018, a sub-forum themed on digital economy empowered by "blockchain+" was held in the conference center of Zhongguancun Science Park. The forum was centered on "Intelligent applications of big data boosted by blockchains".

The forum was aimed at guiding the healthy development of the blockchain industry, building a "blockchain + industry" and digital economic exchange and cooperation platform, and serving the innovation and development of the real economy.

The forum released a preview version of the "2019 White Paper on Blockchain + Industry" and the "2019 Action Plan on Blockchain + 100 People Summit".

The white paper and action plan will promote the integration of blockchains, artificial intelligence, big data, new media, financial technology with industrial parks, talents, enterprises, traditional media, think tanks and technologies, to build projects of blockchains + agriculture, blockchains + industry and blockchains + cultural and creative industries, as well as blockchain education and talent programs, blockchains + industrial funds of the digital economy, blockchain investment incubation and acceleration programs for excellent projects.

The forum included a signing ceremony for partners of the "Blockchain + 100 people summit" and a certificate-awarding ceremony for new members.

The "Blockchain + 100 people summit" is a cooperation and exchange platform on communication and learning, research and discussion, and empowerment of blockchains, which is based on the CIFC think tank and the blockchain laboratory of the Zhongguancun Digital Media Industry Alliance, and founded by industry veterans in blockchains, big data, Internet and financial investment.

Audiences at the forum also watched such roadshows as blockchain +CIFC accelerator, blockchain + food safety, blockchain + legal deposit, blockchain + scripts and paintings, blockchain + new retail and other projects.

According to the "Blockchain + 100 people summit", "blockchain + industry" centering on the combination of blockchain technologies and industrial applications will be applied at a large scale in 2019.

With a focus on "Digital economy empowered by blockchains", the summit will establish a "blockchains + innovation demonstration center" and a CIFC blockchains + industrial base, as well as blockchains + accelerators in key regions and cities across the country.

In this way, an innovation application model of blockchains + agriculture, industry, culture, finance, energy, logistics, media, entertainment, medical, intellectual property, tourism, real estate will come into being.

Once the real economy is empowered by "blockchain +", the local economy can prosper together with the digital economy.
