The Tesla cars parked outside Zhongguancun E World Buildings are attracting a lot of attention. Inside, people found an entrepreneurship carnival at the Fortune Center.

The carnival attracted more than 400 people to three forums by entrepreneurs, service providers, and investors. Visitors enjoyed free drinks and food, mini-football, mini-golf, nail polishing, hairdressing, and massage from Online to Offline (O2O) platforms. Visitors can talk business in colorful containers all around the park.

The carnival was a part of the launching ceremony by People Squared (P2), an integrated entrepreneurship community that just joined Zhongguancun E World.

Bob Zheng, founder of P2 said, “Entrepreneurship should be happy and simple. We are dedicated to launching the E World Amusement Park, the largest and most unique integrated office space in Beijing. We involved golf courts, graffiti walls, sky wheels, and skateparks to attract more creative people and to activate their ambition.”

P2 has built 15 integrated entrepreneurship spaces in Beijing and Shanghai since its launch in 2010. More than 250 startup teams joined the spaces, and nearly 10,000 entrepreneurs have been helped by the institution. Many famous startup teams such as popular mobile phone application FotoPlace grew up in the P2 entrepreneurship space.

P2 visited Beijing again and launched its most recent entrepreneurship space in Zhongguancun E World Building, not only because of the outstanding location, but also for the matching idea of “creating a human-oriented space”.

The new entrepreneurship community is only a small part of P2’s plan in Zhongguancun Science Park. The company plans to develop broader, more innovative, and more challenging spaces in the area.

Zhongguancun E World was famous as an electronic marketplace and was an industrial leader. The rapid development of electronic commerce in recent years reduced physical marketplaces. After more than a decade’s prosperity, the marketplace faced the dilemma of losing tenants.

P2 took over the marketplace and solved the problem by turning the place into an integrated office space. The transition is also an historical case in the industry.
