Chen Shuning, Chairman & CEO of VanceInfo

Chen Shuning is a pioneer and well-recognized leader in China's information service industry. He has rich experience in trans-cultural management, team building, strategic planning and corporate development. He was elected as the first president of the China Software and Information Service Outsourcing Alliance in 2007.

He established VanceInfo in 1995. The company was subsequently listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: VIT) on Dec 12, 2007. Upon listing, it became China's first software service outsourcing enterprise listed on a foreign stock market.

In June 2010, VanceInfo became China's first software service company with more than 10,000 employees.

VanceInfo, under the leadership of Chen, has developed into a top domestic leader in the information service industry. It has achieved awards and been included on honorary lists, including IAOP Global Outsourcing Top 100, NeoIT Global Service Top 100 and Red Herring Global Innovative Top 100.

From 2007 to 2009, VanceInfo successively led other Chinese enterprises, providing offshore software development for European and American markets.
