Girl falls in river after shouting man startles her

A man in Chongqing municipality shouted out to a girl standing on the edge of a dock thinking she was going to commit suicide on Saturday. Startled by the voice, the girl fell into the water.

Yang Yong, 50, who was working in the docks, jumped into the river and rescued the girl.

The girl told the police later that she was only standing near the water to cool off.
