Man, 70, ropes in painter to sketch conmen

A 70-year-old man who was duped of 100,000 yuan ($14,640) by three men on a street in Luoyang, Henan province, has asked a painter to help draw the sketches of the conmen.

The man said he would soon publish the portraits of the three men on the Internet.

The man was walking to an agricultural bazaar recently, when the three men approached him, saying they could get him priceless misprinted Chinese banknotes for any amount he likes.

The three men disappeared soon after the man paid them 100,000 yuan for the notes.
