For a great taste of tea dishes, you can try the following restaurants:

Lao She Teahouse. Recommendations included Jasmine tea with Peking roast duck, green tea in Chinese boiled dumpling, and deep-fried tea leaves. The teahouse known for its local folk performances aimed at tourists and offers a creative, light-tasting and healthy meal incorporating teas.

Enjoy traditional Chinese decor and food made with tea, while being entertained with folk music and dancing. Highly recommended are Longjing tea with shrimp and slow cooked soup served in a tea pot.

The well-presented dishes look like works of art. Try the smoked duck breast with Yunnan black tea and green tea ice cream.

Qiu Ping Tea Banquet Restaurant

Catch local music and a tea ceremony before tucking into dishes made with tea. One tea-themed banquet is named after the 10 best scenic spots of the West Lake. In another poem-themed banquet, every dish is named after a line from ancient poetry.
