Man fulfills girlfriend's wishes at her funeral

Liu Guinan, a native of Qinghai province, wanted to fulfill his girlfriend's wishes so at her funeral in Beijing, he put a wedding dress on her.

The woman died of leukemia after they fell in love and had planned to get married.

"This was one of her wishes," he said at her funeral on Sunday. He plans to scatter her ashes at sea in 3 years.

The two met three years ago and fell in love. She was diagnosed with leukemia and died after a bone marrow transplant failed.
