Master Kong's brilliant beefKangshifu, or Master Kong Chef, is one of the best-known instant noodles sold in China. Taiwan Ting Hsin International Group has used that great reputation to set up several snack noodles chain restaurants in Beijing, under the name of Master Kong Chef's Table.
Three beef treasures noodles

There are 15 different noodles, most of which are served with beef. Two most popular ones are noodles with braised beef, and signature three beef treasures noodles, containing beef, beef tendon and beef giblets. The beef is well braised and seasoned, and the soup good to drink. The noodles are better than the brand name's instant product, but lack the consistency and elastic chewing sensation of hand-made noodles.

Few people try the most expensive choice at the restaurant, top-level elastic noodles with tender beef rib, which cost 98 yuan a bowl. According to a waitress, the noodles cost so much because the piece of beef rib inside is imported. Most noodles cost from 16-24 yuan. There are also rice with beef dishes, hot and cold drinks, as well as Taiwan style smooth ice, and some cold dishes to choose from.
