Cartoon carnival opens in Hangzhou
A parade was held on April 27 to celebrate the opening of the International Cartoon Festival in Hangzhou, in eastern China's Zhejiang Province. Volunteers who dressed up as several famous cartoon characters from domestic and foreign animations strolled down the streets. [Photo source: Xinhua]
