SHENZHEN -- Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo held an informal meeting with United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in Shenzhen on Monday.

The two sides exchanged views in-depth on bilateral ties and issues of common concern, said a press release of the Foreign Ministry.
