Ticket discount for students

An Expo official recently announced entry discounts to encourage local and international students to visit Expo 2010 Shanghai during the summer school holidays. The offer runs until Aug 31.

One hundred Hong Kong residents aged from 18 to 65 began their volunteer service in the Expo Garden on Monday. Selected from more than 1,000 applicants in Hong Kong, these experienced volunteers are from all walks of life and speak fluent Mandarin and English. They will provide assistance at the China Pavilion, Hong Kong Pavilion and Expo Axis until July 23.
