Brief: Later openings, umbrellas available...

Restaurants and souvenir shops in the Expo Garden have extended their opening hours to midnight since the beginning of July to meet the increasing number of night visitors at the Expo. Special summer beverages, such as mung bean soup, are being provided to night visitors.

Umbrellas available

More than 100,000 umbrellas are now available at more than 200 Expo Volunteer Urban Sites for visitors on rainy days. People who borrow the umbrellas can return them to any volunteer site in the city. However, to date, only half of the umbrellas have been returned. The Expo Bureau released an additional 30,000 umbrellas on Sunday and asked visitors to abide by the rules.
