President Hu to visit France, Portugal

BEIJING - Chinese President Hu Jintao will pay state visits to France and Portugal from Nov 4 to 7.
Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ma Zhaoxu made the announcement in Beijing on Thursday.
Hu will make the trip at the invitation of French President Nicolas Sarkozy and Portuguese President Anibal Cavaco Silva, said Ma.
