ZHENGZHOU - Two workers died and another two injured in a factory blast early Thursday morning in central China's Henan province, local authorities said.
A compression unit of Huayuhengtong Chemical Co., Ltd. exploded at 0:40 am in Shangcai county, according to the Shangcai County Committee of the Chinese Communist Party in a statement.
The two slightly injured had been hospitalized. Nearby buildings had been checked for damage, it said.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
