BEIJING -- China's stocks rose for the fourth consecutive day on Thursday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.34 percent, or 8.13 points, to close at 2,435.61.
The Shenzhen Component Index edged up 0.07 percent, or 7.54 points, to close at 10,323.29.
