HONG KONG-- Hong Kong stocks gained 388.66 points, or 1.99 percent, to close at 19,875.53 on Tuesday.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 19,383.38 and 19, 893.37. Turnover totaled HK$74.48 billion ($9.55 billion).
