In his opening speech at the fourth CIIE, President Xi once again stressed China's determination to expand high-level opening-up. His pledge to let the spring breeze of openness blow all over the world gives greater confidence to multinational enterprises like ours when operating in the Chinese market. Leveraging the CIIE platform and its spillover effect, CBRE will further deepen win-win cooperation with the government and enterprises, and better serve major development issues such as China's industrial upgrading, scientific and technological innovation, and "dual carbon" goals.
