Gallery gears up for holiday season

As the Year of the Pig draws near, chef Martin Aw Yong and his culinary brigade have crafted two special menus of auspicious dishes prepared with premium meats and seafood, along with wine-pairing options, for Feb 4 at The Gallery. Lychee black tea, water-chestnut rice pudding, "eight-treasure" radish pudding and "golden mandarin" lucky chocolate are on offer.
