Xiagong combines classic cuisines
Xiagong combines classic Cantonese and light Huaiyang cuisines. Executive chef Kenny Chan has designed a special menu for the Lunar New Year familyreunion dinner with his own creations. His quanjiafu, which translates as"family portrait", is made of boiled egg dumplings with pork, shrimp, homemade fish balls and vegetables, and a fried crispy prawn with fruit sauce that symbolizes good luck.
