A French twist to Lunar New Year

The French restaurant at Cours et Pavillons in a traditional courtyard in Beijing's Weijia Hutong is offering a Spring Festival dinner. Australian wagyu beef ravioli fuses Chinese elements with French cooking style-the red, green and white ingot-shaped ravioli symbolizes best wishes for the new year.
