Liangjiang New Area recently hired Surbana Jurong Private Limited as its consultant for construction of advanced design public housing.

According to the contract the company will send experts in management of intelligent cities to the new area. They will offer practical advice on household management, parking lots, e-commerce and "ICT comprehensive intelligent maintenance systems" based on the real situation of the area and then carry on to finish the housing designs.

The company will continue to offer consultation and technological guidance for its completed communities which will emerge as demonstration public housing neighborhoods with Chongqing characteristics.
