The second Shanghai Circles festival was held on the Lujiazui Greenbelt on Sept 16 and 17. It was guided by the Administrative Committee of Lujiazui Finance District and co-organized by the Building Association of Lujiazui.

The youth festival was led by the Bank of Communications and co-led by the People’s Bank of China (Shanghai Branch), Shanghai Bureau of China Banking Regulatory Commission, Baogang Group, China Eastern Airlines, China Life, and dozens of large state-owned companies, financial organizations, organs and institutions. Young employees from these entities actively participated in the festival.

The live activities were themed around making friends, creative public welfare, artistic performance, a trendsetter’s party, a food festival, and interactive games. These events helped deepen communication and understanding among young people.
