Jiang Fengrong--Taishan stone inscription expert

Jiang Fengrong, former vice deputy chief of Taishan Mountain Scenic Area Management Committee,, museums and cultural researcher. As an expert on Taishan rock carvings, artifacts and literature, Mr. Jiang Fengrong has become friend with rock carvings for several decades and never tired of. More than 2,000 carvings, Mr. Jiang has touched everyone.

Jiang Fengrong commited tirelessly to do survey and research of the Taishan stone, provided much first-hand information for in-depth studies. In addition, case study on Taishan stone has also made some important breakthroughs. In order to solve reading problems of modern people, Jiang Fengjung made a lot of effort, after recording the inscriptions; he checked information, read the literature, carefully verified the contents of the inscription on the stone and made detailed notes, on this basis, he marked all those inscriptions without punctuation marks with punctuation marks, he is the first one in the country.

Since 1982, Jiang Fengrong has created and copublished "Taishan stone Filmography" (5 volumes), "Taishan Filmography", "Lingyin Temple," "Taishan classic inscriptions".
