Datong's old palace gets a facelift

The Dai Palace in the city of Datong, Shanxi province, built in 1392, during the Ming Dynasty, is undergoing repairs, Datong Daily has reported, explaining that one of the major projects is the restoration of the Changchun Chamber in the northern part, which will be linked to the Guangzhi Gate, a Ming site that is well preserved, and the palace has already risen from its ruins to take on a look of splendor.
