The theme park Happy Valley Wuhan in the city of Wuhan, capital of Hubei province, held its second Christmas Music Festival on Dec 18, and many visitors had the opportunity to enjoy the decorations, a large Christmas tree, a visit from Santa Claus, and dancers dressed as nuns.

The park had also built a “Santa’s Town” which featured various attractions such as a church, bell tower and the home of Santa Claus. And visitors attached cards on Christmas trees, including their names, and they thus had the opportunity to receive one of the 2014 gifts prepared by the park.

Many elderly people also watched shows and enjoyed themselves. A 60-year old visitor surnamed Li said, " I read in the newspaper that visitors aged over 50 enjoy free admission into Happy Valley, so I came here with my friends to feel the Christmas atmosphere.”

The Happy Valley Christmas Music Festival will last until Jan 1, and tickets cost 99 yuan ($16.32) per person for entry during daytime and 30 yuan at night.
