The magical and old land of Hubei, together with Central China, fostered the Chu culture, the “two sources of Chinese civilization”. The Yangtze River heading east links Lushui Lake, ancient battlefield Red Cliff, ancient Jingzhou city, Changbanpo, Tomb of Emperor Guan, Shuijing Village, ancient Longzhong, ancient Xiangyang city and the sites of major historical events.

Taoist culture finds inspiration from Hubei land. Wudang Mountain is a cultural heritage and a holy land for Taoism. It has the best preserved ancient Taoist building complex with the largest scale and highest level in China. Its magnificence wins over people from all over the world.
