The 18th China Daily "21st Century Cup" National English-speaking Competition and the CREC International Eco-city Guizhou Regional Final got underway Jan 11 in Guiyang, capital city of Southwestern Guizhou province, according to the organizers.
Focusing on the topic, contestants from junior high schools in the province presented their best wishes for the 70th birthday of the People's Republic of China.
