The 2014 Yao Foundation Primary School Basketball Competition (Tongren Station) took place on July 6 and 7. It is a publicly funded activity designed to support sports education in poverty stricken areas.
Since July 6, 43 basketball teams from hope primary schools in Guizhouhave joined the activity.
The competition is divided into three sections: basketball education, basketball league and ball performance. The top five winners of this competition will attend the National Basketball League season and training activities in Mianyang city of Sichuan province.
