Nan Ye Tang

4) Mimi Xia

Crispy battered prawns drizzled in a white and red sweet and spicy sauce. Be as brave as the menu and devour the crispy shell!

5) Jingpo Kaoji

Boneless and succulent, this baked chicken is sprinkled with medicinal herbs akin to rosemary and thyme. Tender and soft, it comes served with the chef’s special chilli, sour, and tomato sauce.

6) Suan mi shi su

A shiny mound of garlic-fried Chinese greens with an almost hidden touch of chilli. A simple and nutritious green vegetable dish amongst the beautifully presented and exquisite tasting dishes.

7) Yixiang Kaoyu

Baked fish served with a light lime, chilli, and coriander sauce. It’s wrapped in lemon grass so the flavours penetrate through the flesh.

8) Xiao guo mi xin

A house specialty – cellulose noodle soup with minced chicken, and a choice between a sour-chilli or plain soup. The long slippery noodles are made fresh, and taste delicate with the mild soup flavour.

With one unexpected dish coming after the other, it’s not only a culinary adventure but also a pleasant and relaxing experience. Take in the surroundings of the Southeast Asian and Chinese interior, put your trust in the chef, and wrap a blindfold around your tastebuds, because you’re in for a pleasant surprise!
