All members of the "Dragon Wing" cycling team are deaf-mute.
Huang Yongji, the leader of the team, established this special team together with Liang Jinsong, another deaf rider in Liuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, on April 16, 2016, to create a better communication environment.
The team currently has 33 members with the youngest 28 years old and the oldest 64 years old.
