China's urgent demand for talented foreigners will continue in the near future as the country's continuous economic expansion creates more opportunities, said Hao Jie, deputy general manager of Beijing Foreign Enterprise Human Resources Service Co Ltd. He was speaking during the 2013 Job Fair for Foreigners in Beijing held by China's State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs.

Meanwhile, the management of service providers for talented foreigners in China should be immediately standardized as challenges have emerged, Hao said. The lack of a threshold led to numerous illegal or un-licensed small agents providing services for local employers and foreign employees in China. On the other hand, small and medium-sized training institutions are not clear of the proper way to find foreign employees, he added.

Talented foreigners in China used to feature high-end managers of multinational corporations in China. On recent years, as the Chinese market keeps opening up, skilled foreigners in China have greatly diversified and demand for their services has extended from dealing with documentation to renting homes, tourism, children's education and other life services, according to Hao.

FESCO, a leading human resources service provider established in 1979, provides social security services for more than half of the expatraitess in Beijing.
