Rural primary school's story reaches the two sessions

What does education equity truly mean? At a group deliberation of the Ningxia delegation held today during the two sessions, Xue Chao, a deputy to the National People's Congress, shared an example with foreign reporter Dylan Walker. In recent years, Ningxia has made optimizing the layout of basic education a key task in building a strong education sector. Through measures such as integrating teaching resources, developing boarding schools, and launching customized bus routes, more rural children can now receive better education close to home. From simply having access to school to receiving quality education, as high-quality resources cross the urban–rural divide, education equity is transforming the future of countless families.
