China Coast Guard saves 13 Filipino sailors after cargo ship capsizes

The vessel carried 21 Filipino crew members, it said. The coast guard immediately dispatched two ships to the area for search and rescue operations.
As of Friday morning, 13 crew members had been rescued, and the operation was still underway, the coast guard added.
