To systematically review and showcase the valuable achievements of Beijing — the first city to hold both of the Summer and Winter Olympic Games in the world — across sports, economy, society, culture, environment, urban renewal and regional development, the Beijing Olympic City Development Association has officially launched the Beijing 2022 Post-Games' Legacy Story & Case Collection Campaign.

The campaign aims to widely collect authentic stories and innovative cases, presenting the continuity and expansion of the city's Summer and Winter Olympic legacy post-Beijing 2022, ensuring these valuable outcomes benefit the public and become deeply embedded in everyday life.

Collection Categories

The campaign focuses on four major areas:

SPORTS AND HEALTH: Winter sports promotion, venue construction, talent cultivation, improvement of competitive performance and public health advancement.

ECONOMY AND REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Growth of the winter sports industry, technological innovation, coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the impact on other regional strategies.

SOCIETY AND CULTURE: Promotion of the Olympic spirit, volunteer services, social governance, cultural exchange and enhancement of public cultural services.

CITIES AND ENVIRONMENT: Urban quality improvement, green development, ecological protection and fostering public ecological awareness.
