A 29-year-old man who injured two people with a bow and arrow in Lizhuang town, Tancheng county of Shandong province on Sunday has been taken into custody, said the county's public security bureau on Monday.
The two injured people are not in life-threatening danger.
The suspect, surnamed Bi, harbored grievances against a neighboring auto repair shop's surveillance system, which he believed was impacting his daily life. This dissatisfaction led him to target individuals visiting the repair shop, said the bureau.
The case is under further investigation.
