PV-nuclear offshore project work starts
Construction of China's major offshore photovoltaic project began on Sunday in Lianyungang, located in eastern Jiangsu province, Science and Technology Daily reported on Monday. The 2 million kW PV demonstration project by China National Nuclear Corp, one of the country's largest nuclear power operators, integrates PV and nuclear power, which can effectively reduce the negative impact on the marine ecosystem and supply more clean energy to neighboring cities.
New Third Board firms in innovation drive
Companies listed on China's New Third Board, a financing platform for small and medium-sized enterprises, have accelerated their innovation drive, with more firms upgraded to the board's innovation layer. The National Equities Exchange and Quotations said 226 companies transferred to the layer on Monday, enhancing the innovation momentum of SMEs.
