Kairat Osmonaliev, former ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Azerbaijan and concurrently to Georgia, shared his answer in an interview with China Daily's Global Lens: the key is not to establish a common mechanism for controlling information, but to build a system of information resilience among member states, thereby safeguarding the information security of the internet.
