APC 33rd executive board meeting kicks off in Beijing


The Asian Paralympic Committee (APC) kicked off its 33rd executive board meeting at the China Administration of Sports for Persons with Debilitates in Beijing on Wednesday.
APC President Majid Rashed and the committee's board members attended the meeting. President of China Disabled Persons' Federation (CDPF) Zhou Changkui met the meeting attendees and vice-president You Liang attended the opening ceremony of the meeting. Zhao Sujing, secretary general of the National Paralympic Committee of China (NPC) joined in the relevant events.
As the most significant parasports organization in Asia, APC has an extensive and profound impact worldwide. With the vision to "make for an inclusive Asia through parasports", APC has committed itself to strengthen solidarity and friendship among countries and regions across Asia and has made incomparable contributions to Asian parasports.
The two Chinese organizations have been working on closer communication with the APC. The two sides have established a sound working mechanism featured by supporting each other with mutual understanding, mutual assistance with trust and shared vision through consultation aiming to accomplish new achievements in Asian paralympic sport.
