Forest fire breaks out in Southwest China's Yunnan

KUNMING -- A forest fire broke out Monday afternoon in Yangbi Yi autonomous county in Southwest China's Yunnan province, according to the local publicity department.
The fire broke out at around 4 pm Monday in Guangming village, Cangshanxi township. Local authorities immediately triggered an emergency response, and as of 9 pm, over 350 rescue professionals had rushed to the scene. All-out efforts are being made to extinguish the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
