"After two years of demonstration, Azolla has helped farmers increase their yields, and more and more farmers are coming forward voluntarily," said Ying.
Additionally, the edible and medicinal value of Azolla is also under research. According to experts, Azolla contains abundant proteins and various amino acids, making it suitable for consumption.
"The more we research, the more we appreciate Azolla, and we hope that more people will join us in studying it, enabling it to fulfill an even greater role," said Ying.
