The US government removed the Ministry of Public Security's Institute of Forensic Science and China's National Narcotics Laboratory from its "Entity List" on Thursday and announced the lifting of sanctions imposed on them, the China National Narcotics Control Commission said.
The United States Department of Commerce added the two institutes to the list, which restricts affected entities' ability to trade internationally, in May 2020.
