Man detained for driving into pedestrians

Police in Yancheng, Jiangsu province, have arrested a man who drove a car into pedestrians on Thursday, killing two and injuring six others.
Witnesses said the man surnamed Gao, 24, ran two red lights before he drove into pedestrians at an intersection at 11:33 am.
The case is under investigation, according to the WeChat account of local police.
