BEIJING-- Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Wednesday that dialogue and negotiations are the only viable way out for the Ukraine crisis, and no one wins a nuclear war.
He made the remarks while talking to his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky, over phone.
