Shanghai's Pudong New Area continues the closed-loop management across the entire area to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus and protect people's health, according to a notice released by the district's epidemic prevention and control leadership office on Saturday morning.

Based on the latest grid screening test results in the district during the first-phase lockdown, residents in neighborhoods classified as lockdown areas are required to stay at home. Necessary services will be delivered to their door.

In the areas classified as controlled, residents are required to stay inside their neighborhoods and avoid gatherings.
