Horace Cheung Kwok-kwan, one of the 90 members of the new Legislative Council of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), said on Monday that he hopes this will be the beginning for lawmakers to resolve the long-lasting problems in Hong Kong, including fiscal, housing and public health issues.
