Wang Sha, founder of Yi Wen Li, the cultural institution that presents the exhibition, says the ultimate pursuit of the Chinese is to sense the elements of nature, in mountains and waters, in their daily routines; the exhibition presents different designs of home to introduce the beauty of nature into the physical space of people's daily life by which dwellers achieve a mental well-being.

The designs of Jiang Tao show an inspiration by the ethereal land imagined by the Chinese poet Tao Yuanming in his fifth-century classic work Peach Blossom Spring.

Song Tao incorporates his versatile experiences of painting, ceramic making, curating and museum administrating into his works on show. In them he also interprets the wuxing (five elements) philosophy of thinking.

Cui Shi makes his designs a joyful space for gathering with families and friends for vacations, exploring a relation of no boundaries between people and nature.
