Improved Election Committee will help Hong Kong move forward: Law professor

Richard Cullen, a visiting professor with the Law Faculty of the University of Hong Kong, told China Daily on Sunday the improved Election Committee will allow Hong Kong to move forward again in a constructive way and he hopes those who are elected to the committee will have Hong Kong people's interests in mind when carrying out their duties.
