Xi Jinping on development of Tibet

BEIJING -- Sunday marks the 70th anniversary of the peaceful liberation of Tibet. President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, has attached great importance to the development of Tibet Autonomous Region.
