Sunac Holdings launches residential products to attract the young

Sunac Holdings Group's Beijing regional branch on Tuesday launched "HOME+" residential products targeting the younger generation, with projects gradually unveiled in Shijiazhuang, Tangshan, Langfang and Jinan.
Industry statistics show young people are emerging as one of the major purchasing powers in the housing market. Industry statistics show that home buyers aged below 35-years-old accounted for 60 percent, and home sales value from people born in the 1990s accounted for 29 percent. Sunac's internal statistics also showed the same trend. One-third of Sunac's buyers were born in the 1990s.
Young consumers' characteristics and preferences, such as pursuing "high beauty + interesting soul", enjoying living alone and freedom, keen on mini home appliances, and focusing on health, all changed the traditional definition of "home".
According to Sunac, "HOME+" hopes that "home" is not limited to satisfying the original single residential property, so that the home can be turned into a place where you can live, socialize, work and enjoy yourself.
"HOME+" explained Sunac's understanding of the future development trend of residential products from the five aspects of fashion, space, health, intelligence and sharing.
In Sunac's view, the "trend" of the new generation is a way of life that breaks convention and focuses on oneself. Metallic horizontal lines and streamlined architectural details show a sense of the future that can be better meet the aesthetics of the new generation. Classical architectural elements combined with minimalist modern design can display young people's literary temperament and ego consciousness.
Sunac has upgraded the family scene around the three design concepts of "link space, variable space, and storage space", emphasizing family companionship, physical and mental healing, and children's self-growth. It is to ensure the privacy of personal space, but also to establish a life scene of communication and interaction with family members.
In the current urban environment, "HOME+" creates a livable home microclimate through the control and transformation of air, water, temperature, sound, and light. At the same time, it cooperates with smart services to care for people of all ages to be more comfortable, safe, convenient and healthy.
In "HOME+", family scenes, such as education, meeting guests, sports and accompanying family members, will be placed in the community. It allows the radius of the home to naturally extend to the community, achieving more connections and sharing, and injecting fresh energy into the life of the younger generation.
