British leading hairdressing brand ghd, also known as good hair day, launched its online flagship store on Tmall, Alibaba's online shopping platform, Friday during a launch event in Shanghai.

Also as a way to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the brand, a hair show with fashion models whose hair was done by professional hairstylists using ghd products was held during the launch event.

"2021 is a significant year for ghd. It is a milestone for ghd to introduce our brand to the potential Chinese market 20 years after its establishment," said Jeroen Temmerman, CEO of ghd.
